Welcome to TikTok Data Monitor, a service provided by Plexus Cloud Ltda. The App connects with your TikTok account using TikTok's developer APIs to collect data from your owned TikTok channel(s) and provide you with interesting insights and real-time data monitoring for those channels (the "Service").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" and "your" will refer to that organization.
2. Description of Service TikTok Data Monitor Test allows users to connect their TikTok account(s) to our platform via the official TikTok Developer API. The Service then collects, analyzes, and presents data related to your connected TikTok channel(s) to provide you with analytics, insights, and real-time monitoring. You understand that the Service relies on the availability and functionality of the TikTok API, and changes or restrictions by TikTok may affect the Service.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
You must own or have the explicit legal authority to manage any TikTok channel(s) you connect to the Service.

THE SERVICE WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURELY, OR BE AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION.
ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS.
THE DATA AND INSIGHTS PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, OR TIMELY. THE SERVICE'S FUNCTIONALITY IS DEPENDENT ON THE TIKTOK API, OVER WHICH WE HAVE NO CONTROL.
12.
